Outlook Express 4.x Setup Note: Because of the mailbox limit, you must complete the following steps to prevent your mail from being blocked or deleted.
  • From the Tools menu, select Accounts.
  • Select the Mail tab and click on mail.logicsouth.com
  • Click on Properties and select Advanced.
  • Under the Deliver section, ensure that the Leave a copy of messages on server box is unchecked.
  • Click OK to save.
Configuring a New Account
  1. Outlook Express.
  1. From the Tools menu, select Accounts.
  1. Click on the Add button and select Mail.
  1. In the Display name text box, type your name.
  2. Click Next.
  1. In the E-mail address text box, type your e-mail address.
    For example:  yourusername
  2. Click Next.
  1. From the My incoming mail server is drop-down menu, select POP3.
  2. In the Incoming mail (POP or IMAP) server text box, type mail.logicsouth.com
  3. In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server text box, type mail.logicsouth.com
  4. Click Next.
  1. Check the circle next to Log on using:.
Warning! Do not select Log on using Secure Password Authentication.
  1. In the POP account name text box, type your username.
    Note: your username must all be lower case.
  2. In the Password text box, type your password.
    Note: your password is case-sensitive.
  3. Click Next.
  1. In the Internet mail account name text box, type LogicSouth Mail.
    Note: You can name this anything you want.
  2. Click Next.
  1. Check the circle next to Connect using my phone line.
  2. Click Next.
  1. Click on the Finish button to save your settings.
