Technical Support Representative
Provides technical support to customers on all computer platforms by phone, email, and other methods. Assists users with configuration and access problems through active troubleshooting. Directs customers to online resources and ensures that all cases are resolved completely. High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience required. Needs superior Internet and computer knowledge and to be able to work a flexible schedule.
