Support Desk now 24 x 7!
July 5 - LogicSouth now has 24 x 7 support immediately available to all customers.
In addition, we have upgraded our phone system to an advanced call center class system in
order to handle a larger call volume if needed. New call center support software is about
to be added also, to better serve all of our members.
Internal Network Upgrade
July 10 - LogicSouth will be upgrading the internal network to a carrier class fiber
optic OC-3 ATM network infrastructure. This upgrade will further enhance our abilities to offer
even faster access. Although we do not expect any network outages during this upgrade, please be
advised that we will be working on our backbone network and could possibly experience lag or minor
interruptions in service.
Dialup Area Expanded!
January 6 - LogicSouth has expanded its dialup area to the entire southeast! This
includes access points in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, North
Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky! Click here
